The walk along the beach from Hotel Pousada Natureza to Gamboa Beach and ROSA DOS VENTOS is easy and pleasant at low tides. It takes about 30 minutes, passing along a series small of small coves of with a Caribbean flair. During high tides, a boat will pick you up at the pier.

-Boats to Gamboa departing from the pier at Morro de São Paulo: 10:00 and 12:00 AM
-Boats back from Gamboa to Morro de São Paulo: 15:00 and 17:00
